  • Functional Nutrition is a personalized, science-based approach that focuses on finding and addressing the root causes of symptoms. It looks at the whole person — diet, lifestyle, environment, and emotional wellbeing — to restore balance and optimal health.

    Unlike standard nutrition plans, Functional Nutrition is fully individualized without cookie-cutter protocols. It connects the dots between your symptoms, medical history, and lab results to create a program tailored to your unique needs — not a one-size-fits-all plan.

  • During our first consultation, we’ll review your health history, lifestyle, diet, and your struggles and goals in depth. From there, I’ll create a personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategy and practical tools for sustainable change. You will get the ongoing support, coaching, and guidance throughout the program.

  • At the moment, I work exclusively online to support clients globally and ensure flexibility across time zones.

    All sessions are held online via Zoom or Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere. You’ll receive follow-up notes and resources after each session, and ongoing support through email or WhatsApp.

  • If you’re not sure where to start, book a free discovery call. We’ll discuss your health goals and I’ll recommend the most suitable plan based on your current needs and level of support.

    I offer 1,3, and 6-month Functional Nutrition Programs.

  • Most clients start noticing changes — like improved digestion, more stable energy, or better sleep — within a few weeks. Long-term balance, especially with hormones, autoimmune flares, or gut health, usually takes 3 to 6 months. Why? Because change takes time.

  • Yes, when needed. As a DNAlife Certified Practitioner I can recommended and order home-tests depending on your case. I may recommend tests such as the GI-MAP (for gut health), DUTCH (for hormones), or DNA Life (nutrigenetic testing). These help us understand your unique biochemistry and guide more precise recommendations.
